Hi, I’m Claire Mouser, a nutritionist with a passion for helping families live healthier lives through nutrition. I earned my BS in Nutrition and Dietetics from Purdue University and a PhD in Nutritional Sciences from the University of Georgia, where I also completed my Dietetic Internship.
My doctoral research focused on improving nutrition education for pregnant women in Georgia, which inspired me to focus my work on families—especially pregnant and postpartum moms, young children, and families looking to build healthier habits.
I believe nutrition should be practical and achievable, no matter how busy life gets. If you’re expecting, adjusting to life with a newborn, or just want to make nutrition a little easier for your family, I’m here to help with simple, science-backed advice that fits your needs.
I don’t believe in fad diets or quick fixes. Instead, I focus on helping you make sustainable lifestyle changes that fit your life and support your long-term health. I don’t emphasize body shape or weight as markers of success—rather, I focus on performance-based goals, like energy levels, strength, and how you feel in your daily life. My aim is to guide you toward healthier habits, without the pressure of restrictive diets, so you can feel your best and create lasting change for you and your family.
Outside of my work, I’m always balancing a few exciting projects! Right now, I’m training for a 70.3 Ironman, planning my wedding, and keeping up with my two dogs—who definitely keep me on my toes. I know how important it is to prioritize self-care, even when life gets busy, and I try to lead by example in making time for both personal goals and the everyday joys that keep me grounded.
